Perfect Pet Resort is seeking a client care and reservation specialist to warmly welcome clients and their pets, both in person and by phone. You will design perfect pet vacations by tailoring services to each pet’s needs, building trust with hundreds of clients, and encouraging repeat visits and referrals.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, using strong computer and communication skills, sales experience, and a genuine love for pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and by phone with enthusiasm.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
• Give engaging facility tours to potential clients.
• Attend to client needs and inquiries.
• Take detailed reservations by phone and in person.
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Present products and services to clients and potential clients.
• Enter client data accurately to ensure safe pet vacations.
