Job summary

Petsense is seeking a team member to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising goals while delivering excellent customer service. You will help promote a safe, productive work environment and train team members on store policies and procedures.

The role requires 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license and retail or pet knowledge. You may perform opening/closing, cash handling, and stock management as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.
