Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to support store operations, sales and merchandising while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help train team members and promote a safe, productive work environment for customers, vendors and staff.

The role includes assisting with merchandising, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and resolving customer concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in executing operational, sales and merchandising objectives.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members, customers and vendors.
• Train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Perform basic merchandising, opening/closing, and cash handling duties.
