Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking team members to support store operations and customer service. You will assist in merchandising, opening/closing duties, and handling live animals with care to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Reads, writes and counts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and be available for varied shifts.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Support selling initiatives (TEAM) and engage with customers.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Handle live animals with care and maintain holding tanks.

Skills
