Tractor Supply Company, through its Petsense segment, seeks an Team Member to support store operations, sales and merchandising objectives while delivering outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes handling live animals, merchandising, opening/closing duties and cash handling to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience.

The position requires at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualificações

• Retail experience preferred; pet/live animal knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager with operational, sales and merchandising objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Merchandise and stock management including price changes and plan-o-gram execution.
• Handle live animals and maintain holding tanks in accordance with policies.
• Train Team Members and communicate policies and procedures to staff.
