Job summary

Tractor Supply Company / Petsense seeks store team members to assist with daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will help manage opening/closing procedures, engage customers about products, and support a safe, productive store environment.

Experience in retail or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write and count accurately. Training will include live animals handling and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Pet/live animal knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of operational, sales and merchandising objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote a safe work environment.
• Perform Opening/Closing procedures and assist with daily banking tasks.
• Execute merchandising plans and price changes as directed.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
