Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of store objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service to customers and vendors.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
• Train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Perform merchandising, opening/closing, and daily cash handling duties.
• Handle live animals including their care and sanitation as required.
• Support loading purchases and maintain cleanliness and organization.
