Job summary

Tractor Supply Company / Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a full-time Team Member to support store operations and customer service. You will help implement merchandising plans, assist with opening/closing procedures, and ensure safety and accuracy in cash handling.

Experience with pets/live animals is highly valued. Ideal candidates have 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote a safe work environment.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and deposit processes.
• Execute merchandising plans, price changes, and Plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assist in training new Team Members and completing required documentation.
