Job summary

Tractor Supply Company’s Petsense division seeks a Team Lead to assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will promote a safe, productive environment, train Team Members on policies, and lead live animal care and customer interactions as part of daily duties, with a focus on teamwork and dependable performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied hours.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members.
• Execute basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure positive customer experience.
• Handle and care for live animals and ensure safety and welfare.
