Job summary

Petsense is seeking a Team Member in Texas to support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, sales and merchandising while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help maintain safety, training, and policy adherence for team members, customers, and vendors.

The role requires flexibility, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or live animal knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with operational, sales and merchandising objectives.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle live animals responsibly and maintain holding areas.
