NVA Pet Resorts in O'Fallon, Illinois is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and develop the team, delivering outstanding care for pets and their people. As a key member of the Resort Leadership Team, you will partner with the General Manager to drive culture, customer service, and financial performance while ensuring safe, clean facilities.

This hands-on role requires up to 50 hours weekly, strong communication, and experience in hospitality or service management;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and comfort leading teams in a hands-on environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work up to 45 to 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, current insurance (including comprehensive and collision), and a vehicle you are willing to transport a pet in during an emergency.
