Job summary

No Leash Needed - Lake St. Louis, a resort operated by NVA Pet Resorts, is seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee all aspects of the site, including guest experience, operations, revenue growth, and profitability.

You will lead a team that delivers outstanding pet care and customer service, drive performance, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety. The role blends hands-on leadership with business ownership, requiring strong people leadership and finance acumen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong operational leadership and ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work up to 45 to 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a vehicle for pet transport in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead resort performance against budget and KPIs.
• Drive revenue, manage costs, and EBITDA.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing team.
• Ensure guest and pet care quality and safety.
• Develop local market and community relationships.
