Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a General Manager to take full ownership of resort performance. You will drive revenue, EBITDA, and guest experiences while building a high-performing team and sustaining a culture of service and safety.

This on-site leadership role requires hands-on leadership and accountability for results. You will lead financial performance, labor and expenses, and marketing execution, while developing community partnerships and ensuring brand excellence across the resort.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management with P&L responsibility.
• Proven success in driving revenue and developing teams.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, veterinary, or multi-service environments preferred.
