Zusammenfassung

NVA Pet Resorts, part of National Veterinary Associates (NVA), is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-performing team and oversee day-to-day operations. This hands-on leadership role partners with the GM to coach staff, enhance guest experience, and drive service excellence.

You’ll develop team members, manage budgeting and scheduling, and contribute to growth in a fast-growing pet care organization. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of customer service experience (leadership experience a plus).
• Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or veterinary experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and up to 45–50 hours per week.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree a plus).

• Lead by example and coach Shift Leads and Team Members.
• Ensure excellent pet care, cleanliness, safety, and facility standards.
• Support execution of sales and marketing initiatives and drive memberships.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Build a pipeline of future leaders.
