Job summary

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a sales-driven mindset are essential. Valid driver’s license and weekend availability are required to manage a luxury pet resort successfully.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of management experience in pet care, hospitality, retail, or similar.
• Strong business acumen with P&L, labor, operations, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and resort team members.
• Own full-cycle talent management: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring cleanliness, safety and pet care standards.
• Drive revenue through service offerings, client retention, and enrollment growth; resolve high-level customer concerns.
