As a key holder and MOD, you will manage scheduling, drive sales, and ensure safety and brand standards while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience is required.
• Background in pet care, daycare, boarding, or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive, lead-from-the-front approach.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Serve as key holder and Manager on Duty when needed.
• Develop team members and ensure accountability and standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational execution.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and drive enrollments.
• Promote services and packages tailored to guest needs.
• Oversee pet care, health, safety, and daily kennel operations.
