Pet Paradise's Wesley Chapel resort is seeking a Front Desk Associate who loves pets. You will warmly welcome pet parents and their guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and help coordinate suites and harnesses while keeping the lobby clean and organized.

Starting at $14.00 per hour with a $0.50 increase at 6 months and another $0.50 at the one-year anniversary, the role offers growth through the Unleashed Leadership Academy, Dog Training Academy, Grooming Academy, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• This position requires 1–2 years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Cheerful, friendly, positive team attitude.
• Enjoys solving problems to provide premier guest experiences.
• Physical labor including pet handling, walking, and standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and pets as they enter the resort with a smile.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-off/pickup and coordinate suite placement.
• Answer phones, respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Operate cashier/point-of-sale transactions.
• Coordinate requests with pet parents and resort leadership.
• Maintain entrance lobby cleanliness and restrooms.
• Support cat room upkeep and resort routines.
• Coordinate with veterinary service team regarding appointments.
• Handle harnesses at check-in/check-out and ensure suites are set up.
