Pet Paradise in Wesley Chapel is seeking a Front Desk Associate who warmly welcomes pet parents and their guests. You will manage check-ins/outs, accompany dogs for drop-offs and pickups, coordinate suite placements, and handle calls and emails with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and guests at the resort entrance.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-offs and pickups and arrange suites.
• Handle calls, voicemails, and emails promptly.
• Operate cashier/point-of-sale and manage transactions.
• Coordinate with leadership and pet care teams to meet guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and entrance.
