Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for Touch of Class Pet Resort. You will greet pet parents, answer phones, schedule services, and guide clients through the facility with a warm, professional demeanor.

Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; you’ll manage check-ins, process payments, protect pet safety, and upsell services. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are key.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Solid communication skills across phone, in-person, email.
• Ability to use multi-line phones and computer systems while staying professional.

Mansioni

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets with a friendly, VIP experience.
• Answering phones and assisting customers with multiple tasks.
• Touring clients through the facility and promoting services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs and processing payments.
• Escorting guests to enclosures with care and keeping lobby presentable.
• Balancing cash drawer at end of day and handling transactions.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Support other team members as needed.
