Job summary

Vitavet Labs Inc. is seeking a Junior Account Executive in Westlake Village for a full-time in-office role. You will support the Sales team, liaise with distributors across North America, and educate them on our products and marketing tools.

You will help identify growth opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and ensure distributor satisfaction while pursuing sales goals. A passion for animals is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales staff and provide extra customer service for accounts.
• Generate new sales leads for the Sales staff.
• Reactivate lapsed accounts and leads.
• Identify growth opportunities in CRM contacts.
• Resolve account issues and foster distributor loyalty.
• Improve distributor sales skills to boost performance.
• Demonstrate program and product benefits to distributors.
• Manage distributor needs, handle questions and objections.
• Highlight advantages of the program using effective communication.
• Follow the sales process and meet KPIs set by leadership.
• Update Distributor Accounts in company databases.
