Job summary

NuVet Labs in Westlake Village, CA invites a Junior Account Executive to join our in-office team. You will support Sales, liaise with distributors across North America, and drive growth by educating partners and generating new leads.

You will reactivate lapsed accounts, identify opportunities in CRM, and ensure high distributor satisfaction by resolving issues and fostering long-term partnerships. Must love animals.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales staff and provide extra customer service for accounts.
• Generate new sales leads for the sales team.
• Reactivate lapsed accounts and leads.
• Identify growth opportunities in CRM contacts.
• Resolve account issues, foster loyalty, and build distributor partnerships.
• Educate distributors and improve their sales skills.
• Summarize program benefits to distributors and address questions.
• Follow the provided sales process and meet KPIs.
• Update Distributor Accounts in databases.
