JustFoodForDogs, LLC in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Lead Nutrition Sales Consultant to help customers choose meals, treats and supplements while guiding a team of Consultants. You will engage with dogs and pet parents to provide nutrition guidance and drive sales.

You will lead merchandising, stock management and POS duties, ensuring store policies are followed and targets are met. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a rewarding environment for pet-loving professionals.

Qualifications

• Retail or consultative sales experience is required.
• Leadership, training and coaching experience is preferred.
• Drive to meet and exceed targets/goals.
• Passionate and motivated to improve the health and lives of dogs and cats.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers and their dogs in-store and make personalized recommendations for meals, treats, supplements and other JFFD products.
• Learn and apply pet nutrition knowledge to influence pet parents to feed JFFD.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support for customers.
• Lead by example, train and coach the Consultant team to meet standards.
• Lead merchandising, housekeeping, stock management and POS duties at the front end.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including safety and security.
• Communicate insights to manager to help the store achieve its targets.
