Destination Pet in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Kennel Care. The role asks you to greet pet parents, manage daily check-ins, and help customers choose services that keep tails wagging while maintaining a friendly, professional front desk.

You'll answer calls, handle cash, and support a team dedicated to care and comfort for pets, with evening and weekend shifts and a starting pay of $13–$14 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Availability for am shifts and weekends.
• Able to stand, walk and manage busy front-desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs with a friendly, professional tone.
• Answering phones and multi-tasking to manage schedules and inquiries.
• Touring clients through the facility and promoting services.
• Maintaining up-to-date vaccination records for safety.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs and handling cash with accuracy.
• Supporting team members and ensuring a clean, inviting lobby.
