Job summary

Fetch Pet Insurance is hiring a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our Humane Rescue Alliance partnership in Washington, DC. The role focuses on converting opportunities into sales, delivering consultative guidance to pet parents, and representing Fetch with a customer-first mindset.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license (preferred) or obtain one within 30 days at company expense and have 3–5 years in an animal care role.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 30 days at company expense (state requirements).
• 3–5 years in animal care or related field with proven sales aptitude.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities with a consultative approach.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; comfortable with travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner locations in the DC area as a confident, trusted advisor.
• Explain Fetch advantages and products; convert prospects to customers.
• Record prospect and customer data accurately in Fetch CRM and manage partner needs.
• Build productive relationships with partner site personnel and leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership on new business opportunities; engage in monthly meetings.
• Monitor expenses and complete monthly reports; handle all admin for the partnership.
• Exceed customer expectations; travel to industry events as required.
