Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our Denver-area partner locations. You will convert opportunities into sales while delivering exceptional service to pet parents, advocating Fetch policies and maintaining accurate CRM records.

The role requires a current or willing-to-obtain P&C license, 3–5 years in animal care sales, and the ability to travel to industry events. Base salary ranges with annual bonuses are offered, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• P&C license required or willingness to obtain within 30 days at company expense (state requirements).
• Proven 3–5 years in an animal care role with sales or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to explain benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner location in Denver, selling pet insurance to prospective clients.
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch products and maintain CRM records.
• Develop relationships with partner locations to meet performance objectives and drive new business.
