Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate in Seattle, WA to partner with local locations and convert opportunities into sales. The role emphasizes customer-first service, educating clients on pet insurance value, and building lasting relationships while meeting monthly performance goals.

Candidates should have a C or P&C license (or be willing to obtain one at company expense) and 3–5 years of animal-care or sales experience. Travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 30 days at company expense
• 3–5 years in animal care or related sales experience
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused approach
• Ability to work Fridays–Sundays during peak hours and travel to industry events

Responsabilités

• Represent Fetch as a confident trusted advisor to sell pet insurance at partner locations in the Seattle area
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch and its pet health insurance products
• Convert prospects into loyal customers and repeat clients
• Record prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM
• Develop relationships with partner locations to meet performance objectives and partner expectations monthly
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business and participate in monthly meetings
