Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to represent the company at partner locations in the Los Angeles area. You will educate customers on Fetch policies, convert prospects into sales, and maintain strong partner relations.

You will log data in the CRM, work with leadership to drive new business, and travel to industry events as needed. A P&C license is preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
• 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role
• Proven self-starter with sales prospecting experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to build relationships with partners and customers
• Willingness to travel to industry events as required

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner locations as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch and pet-health products
• Convert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers
• Accurately log prospect and customer data in Fetch CRM
• Maintain productive relationships with partner locations and meet performance targets
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities
