Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate at our Charlottesville partner location to help pet parents understand the value of comprehensive pet insurance. You will convert opportunities into sales while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in animal care, a P&C license or willingness to obtain one, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients.

Qualifikationen

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance at the Charlottesville area partner location.
• Explain Fetch advantages and compare to competitor pet insurance products.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers.
• Accurately record prospect and customer information in the Fetch CRM.
• Build productive relationships with partner locations to meet performance objectives.
• Proactively assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
• Communicate with peers to share challenges and successes.
