Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our Washington, DC partner location. You will represent Fetch, educate pet parents on coverage, and convert opportunities into sales.

You will build strong relationships with partner sites, meet monthly targets, and accurately log prospects in the Fetch CRM. Travel to industry events is required. A P&C license is preferred or can be pursued at company expense within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment (state requirements)
• 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilités

• Represent Fetch at partner locations in DC area and sell pet insurance
• Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch and products
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM
• Develop productive relationships with partner personnel to meet objectives
• Proactively assess partner needs and identify opportunities for new business
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to address challenges and opportunities
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required
• Manage expense budgets and submit reports monthly
• Handle administrative tasks related to the partnership
• Exceed customer expectations in service and outcomes
