Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. You will represent Fetch on-site, convert opportunities into sales, and deliver a first-class experience to pet parents.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, an active P&C license preferred, and 3–5 years in animal care. Travel to events may be required, and you’ll collaborate with leadership to grow our pet insurance program.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred or willing to obtain a license within 30 days.
• 3–5 years in an animal care role or related field.
• Ability to prospect daily and speak with people face to face.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch on-site as a confident, friendly advisor at our partner location in Pittsburgh.
• Explain advantages of Fetch pet insurance and record prospect information in Fetch CRM.
• Develop relationships with partner locations and meet monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business.
• Travel to industry events as required.
