Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the ARL Animal Rescue League in Des Moines, IA. Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to prospective pet parents, turning opportunities into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll need a current P&C license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days; travel to industry events as required; maintain CRM records and collaborate with partner locations to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days at company expense
• Proven sales track record with ability to convert prospects into customers
• Experience in animal care or animal welfare is a plus
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build relationships with clients

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner Des Moines locations as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance
• Explain Fetch advantages and competitor products to prospects
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM accurately
• Collaborate with partner locations and leadership to meet performance objectives and participate in industry events
• Manage expense budgets and submit reports monthly
