• Schedule new appointments for the assigned specialty ensuring records are updated.
• Resolve case-related concerns prior to appointments.
• Manage assigned specialty service email and triage inquiries.
• Gather essential information to explain financial obligations to clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for referred clients.
• Perform post-procedural and post-surgical follow-up calls.
• Process prescription requests with DVM approval for assigned services.
• Collaborate with DVMs on routine questions.
• Share test results with primary care DVMs as needed.
• Ensure timely, documented communication about treatments.
• Support administrative tasks for clinical referrals.
