BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Sr. Referral Coordinator to join our Tampa team. The role focuses on managing referral operations, coordinating communication between referring veterinarians and clinicians, and supporting onboarding of new referrals.

The position involves travel to local market hospitals and requires a customer-service orientation with a strong eye for process improvement. The successful candidate will oversee portal administration, audits, and reporting, while training staff

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating referrals between referring veterinarians and hospital teams.
• Familiarity with hospital referral portals and data entry workflows.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with external partners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee referral operations and workflow management.
• Serve as primary operational contact for referring practices.
• Coordinate referral communication between veterinarians and clinicians.
• Support onboarding of new referring practices and clinician introductions.
• Ensure timely resolution of referral questions and operational concerns.
• Monitor and improve referral workflows and portal utilization.
• Train teams on referral processes and documentation expectations.
• Identify workflow gaps and partner with leadership to implement improvements.
