• Monitor waiting and exam room clients; update them on wait times and patient status
• Coordinate patient flow between multiple specialties and departments
• Manage Cornerstone hospital census
• Facilitate discharge appointments and patient discharges
• Triage medical phone calls and address ER client concerns
• Call previous day's ER clients for follow-up feedback
• Maintain open communication with doctors and staff to minimize delays
