BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Client Service Coordinator. This full-time role requires weekend availability and veterinary customer service experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients with compassion, triaging arrivals, and scheduling appointments with accurate prep guidance.

You must communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and support clients in emotional moments while coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
• Ability to remain calm in emotional situations with clients.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and provide warm, professional acknowledgement at entry.
• Assess arrival needs and determine emergencies vs standard visits.
• Confirm appointments and prepare clients for visits with instructions.
• Offer emotional support and liaise with services for pet remains as needed.
