BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking Veterinary Receptionists to join our team in providing outstanding client care. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients warmly, and ensure accurate information exchange while supporting pets and their families in stressful moments.

Responsibilities include calm, clear communication over the phone and in person, triaging arrivals, scheduling, and connecting clients with the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the door and provide warm, professional acknowledgement.
• Speak clearly and calmly in person and on the phone.
• Assess client needs and determine urgency of pet condition.
• Determine whether an arrival is estat or standard emergency.
• Confirm appointments and provide preparation instructions to clients.
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains.
