You are the first friendly face our clients meet and you will help ensure calm, compassionate communication in emotional moments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge clients as they enter the hospital.
• Assess each arrival and determine if the situation is a standard or emergency case.
• Answer non-patient calls and direct to appropriate team member.
• Confirm appointments and provide prep instructions to clients.
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and service agencies during pet aftercare.
