Qualifications

• Clear, calm communication in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with friendly eye contact and professional acknowledgment.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with a smile and approachable conduct.
• Listen compassionately to clients and respond appropriately.
• Speak clearly and calmly to clients in person and by phone.
• Assess arrival needs and determine emergency vs. standard status.
• Redirect non-patient calls to the correct team member.
• Confirm appointments and share prep information for pets.
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and service agencies during pet remains handling.
