Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, support the veterinary team, and ensure friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients about pet health, schedule care, and assist with transactions and documentation.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, strong communication, and a positive, proactive attitude in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets for optimal care.
• Educate clients about pet health, OWPs, preventative care and hospital services.
• Process documentation, enter pet information, and manage invoices and appointments.
• Assist with dispensing prescriptions and selling retail products.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and basic financial tasks.
