Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route flow of clients and pets for productive patient care.
• Maximize number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital flow.
• Educate clients about pet health, OWPs, and preventive care.
• Assist clients with documentation, enter pet history, and provide invoices.
• Schedule appointments and process prescriptions and retail items.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and basic financial transactions.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
