• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette and route messages for staff.
• Schedule outpatient, surgical and hospitalized patients using a computerized system.
• Enter fees, update records, and maintain client and patient files.
• Handle payments (cash, checks, cards) and balance daily cash drawer.
• Provide information on services, policies, and preventative care to clients.
