Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the first and last point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer calls, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the medical team to enhance the client experience.

You will use our tech systems to streamline processes, update records, and help clients access care while promoting our services and online store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and compassionate client-focused service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Update client and patient records in our practice management system.
• Process billing transactions, including payments and insurance where applicable.
• Provide post-visit instructions and support daily operations.
