Job summary

Great Road Vet Hospital Acton, MA is seeking a personable Client Service Representative to be the primary contact at the clinic, handling phone and in-person client interactions. You will support front-desk operations and help ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for every client and their pets.

Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, billing, and records management, with opportunities for growth within AmeriVet.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Computer efficiency and attention to detail.
• Preferred: experience with veterinary EMR (Avimark, Cornerstone, EzyVet).

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Greet clients and manage inquiries, appointments, and payments.
• Schedule outpatient and hospital visits using the scheduling system.
• Enter and retrieve client and patient records accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain front desk areas.
• Balance cash drawer and process payments at day end.
• Open/close the practice and maintain a clean lobby.
• Represent the hospital professionally in all interactions.
