Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Mission, KS seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, maximize veterinary team productivity, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience for every client.

You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care, assist with check-in/out, manage appointments, and maintain a positive, professional hospital environment, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• - Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• - One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• - Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize team productivity.
• - Promote hospital services and educate clients to encourage wellness and visits.
• - Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, efficient hospital environment.
• - Complete required documentation, enter pet data, and schedule appointments.
• - Manage opening/closing procedures and daily finances.
• - Provide accurate invoices and assist with product sales.
