The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and excellence in client service, handling intake, scheduling, wellness plan education, and invoice processing. You will uphold Banfield’s standards and collaborate across departments to promote preventive care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live by Banfield's Five Principles.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and managing flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, IDs, instructions and invoices.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
