Banfield Pet Hospital in the United States is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of the veterinary team and ensuring clear communication with clients.

You will welcome clients and pets, educate them about wellness plans and services, process documentation, and schedule visits, while maintaining friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, educating clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation and scheduling future appointments.
