Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, educate owners on wellness plans, and coordinate care with the veterinary team. You will welcome clients, handle records, and schedule visits to support a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and reliable, friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary or healthcare) with terminology training is preferred.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients on wellness plans.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet records.
• Provide instructions and invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain balances and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct general administrative duties.
• Uphold Banfield's five principles in daily work.
