Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital – Westwood, MA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize productivity of the veterinary team, and coordinate care in a welcoming, friendly environment.

The role includes greeting clients and pets, collecting documentation, entering pet histories, educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, and scheduling appointments, with potential weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience required, customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times: welcome clients and pets, educate them about their pet’s health.
• Assist clients by completing required documentation, entering pet information and history in the computer, and ensuring prompt service.
