Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. You will educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care while coordinating documentation and appointments.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a busy hospital environment. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary/healthcare) training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Provide exceptional service, welcome clients and pets, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, invoices and dispensing items per veterinarian instructions.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and hospital finances.
