You will educate clients on pet health, assist with documentation, invoicing, prescriptions, and scheduling while supporting a busy veterinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and recruit new clients to maximize wellness plan uptake.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet information, and scheduling.
• Handle invoicing, dispensing prescriptions, and selling retail products.
• Maintain accurate balances and perform opening/closing procedures.
